We provide 24/7 customer support services through an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD). Our staff are assigned based on the anticipated calls to reduce call drops and reduce call wait times. We have a robust system that includes an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to help solve common problems and ensure calls are routed to the right agents. With these systems we can accurately measure and manage First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Speed of Answer, Average Handle Time, Abandoned Call Rate, Average Call, Transfer Rate and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
