Job Title: Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall sales strategies through various means including digital marketing strategy focused on financial gain
Research and identify new business opportunities
Look for the appropriate contact in an organization
Generate sales leads, arrange cold calls business meetings with prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients through various channels, Digital, face to face, and over the phone
Have a good understanding of the business service offerings
Prepare sales proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Maintain sales records, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Train and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Managed Services Clients through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of End to End Networks
Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective Managed Services opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers
Work closely with the Marketing Specialist, Business Development to generate new leads
via vendors and distribution houses, understand competitors, End to End’s market position, and identify event opportunities;

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven working experience as a successful Business Development Manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. Minimum 3 years of similar role experience
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Kenya BPO | ICT Market knowledge
Proven experience in Bid, RFP response submission, experienced in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals. Maintain Document template management in line with company branding.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Strong negotiation skills

Sales Strategize planning skills
Minimum Bachelors degree in business sales & Marketing or relevant field
